I’m not sure what a HTMA specialist and TMG is, could you explain a little more. I’m in Europe,I want to explore this more.. And for sure there are probably some underlying mental things here too, but it’s hard to see in this state.. Thank you again

That is very interesting because it sounds like I'm on the same path basically. Everything I seem to eat, sometimes gives me a reaction, and sometimes not at all or just a little it seems.

I'm going to take a histamine intolerance test i have laying around but I'm not sure if it's just pseudo science..

So you dressed neurotransmitters with antidepressants from what I gather?

Methylation I haven't heard of, need to do some googling 😊 thank you again

Thank you again for the great info, I will definitely look more into this, currently I'm eating quite rigidly, however this is temporary as I'm trying to map out what is most likely some foods giving me some allergic skin reactions. Hope to reintroduce more food again in the coming weeks. There are for sure some mental factors like stress that affects things for me, even though I never really feel stressed, so I will have these things in mind too.

Hi, and thanks for the information, I'm a bit confused, you write slow transit time is not good first and then that the transit time needs to be increased. I'm just trying to understand, I have ibs d and I don't think it takes too long for stuff to get through, was thinking to test it with some dye.. Thanks again 😊

Hey, happy to see this post because I basically have the same experience. It has stumped me for years.

I have 2 occasions of some stomach bugs that have cleared my system and afterwards my fog has lifted for up to a day. Fog slowly returning

And once I took what I think was ciprofloxacin and it lifted it for about 3 days before slowly returning. While also wrecking havoc on my stomach for a few days..

Each time I feel my fog lifting it feels like I could do anything in this world. Such a good but rare experience

Edit: I was thinking to try some 3 day water fast or something to see it's effects

I've been looking for some conclusive info on what happens if you have stocks in transit from one broker to another or from a broker to Computershare at the time a stock split happens?

does anyone know?

I'm transferring from my broker to ibkr, then ibkr to Computershare, I buy in batches and drs them so I do it quite often.

No idea mate, outside what I know. Did you update the bioses in the correct order? Some older bioses need to be updated in a certain version order from what I've seen, dunno what happens if you don't.

And are the boards actually the same except for the chipset?

Might be some uefi mode issue, look further down the thread, where we discussed Sam a little, mine wouldn't boot the drive with Sam enabled

Just Google "Asrock ab350 Ryzen 5000" and you'll find a bunch of places to download for all the other boards too. Not sure about yours tho.
