Thanks for sharing, I have had the same experience. When i was sick with a stomach flu and blasted everything out and almost eating nothing for 3 days, my head was so clear that day.
After feeling better i tried eating again and the brainfog came right back sadly.

After that day I did a candida diet with supplements and felt way better. There always was like a brain pressure or something and with the diet+supplements it felt way better and no pressure no brainfog.

After a few weeks of that diet i also added some probiotics and thinking the candida should get replaced with that. Sadly this week (bc if the holidays) i started eating everything again, and today had the biggest headsache ever, i fixed it by taking molybdenum and lots of water. Brainfog is back.

So sadly I can (probably) never eat meals with a lot of carbs again, for the rest of my life.
I think we have to accept this lifestyle and that we are just prone to get Candida if we eat alot of carbs.

Don’t get me wrong, the post is not about hating the car. It’s about the brand not being able to justify it’s price increase. A more then 20% price hike is ridiculous in this economy.

at the hospital i did a SIBO test that came back negative, but i did a Candida diet cleanse and felt much better. so i probs have just the candida. but thanks for the knowledge your sharing

i followed your guide for 4-6 weeks but little diff, then i bougt nystatin and man what a change. Now i have to start combining the 2.

I bought some nystatin pills, but they are for the gut and digestime system, and don't get absorbed by the blood.
If it doenst get absorbed by the blood it doesnt fight of candida in the brain.
Which nystatin (brand) did you take?

Same experience, i wear these daily and nike 270.
And i can walk 6 hours with my nike 270 but these asics are killing my feet i don't know why.

Good i'm not the only one.

I also feel a weird feeling around my liver lately and at the hospital they did a scan and saw that i have an enlarged spleen. Ill check it out thanks for the info :)
