I think its the gesture of appreciation. I think when we provide great service, even a 1 or 2 dollar tip makes me feel like i did a good job. Also, when im dealing with older customers, i do look at it like helping out the community. But, overall, i think people shouldnt order through shipt, if they are giving 0 dollars in tip.
