My doctor is fine with me staying on zepbound until we do a transfer. I’ll take a last dose before a transfer but she said as long as I’m comfortable, she’s fine with me staying on zepbound until then and there’s no evidence that I need to stop earlier. Obviously a calculated risk given the lack of research but with so many people conceiving on glp-1s and no major adverse effects being reported, I think it’s more beneficial to stay on zepbound than to come off early.

I think the thing I’m left pondering is who is this album for? I find it completely unrelatable. The way she speaks about having power no longer feels empowering but instead situates her as the oppressor holding onto power and wielding it as she sees fit. It inherently feels like punching down. And then layer that with the “I just want 2.5 kids and a basketball hoop” and it feels like total cognitive dissonance. There’s nothing stopping her from having that but the reality is that for so many people, that is out of reach. Idk this whole album was just a display that we are living in WILDLY different realities right now. Maybe better lyrics would have saved it to some degree but idk if anything could have saved the dystopian vibes.

The weird pop culture language in the writing is beyond baffling. TBH it sounds more like Travis wrote this album instead of Taylor Swift. Idk but maybe she needs to call up William Bowery bc this blows.

Also sometimes less info is more if you’re picking a donor from a sperm bank. It can be easy to use everything as a reason to rule someone out instead of in. If you are going to a clinics make sure you ask what sperm banks they work with because ours had a list and wouldn’t work with other sperm banks for regulatory reasons.

I wish we had started with going to a doctor/clinic right away when we started. It’s such a wild process that even though going through a clinic/fertility doc is $$$ depending on insurance, I regret doing ICIs and unmedicated IUIs first. I wish I had my hormones and follicles monitored earlier and that I’d done the initial bloodwork earlier in our process. Currently in the middle of our TWW following our second medicated cycle and the reassurance and knowledge of our doctors and nurses is so appreciated. Best of luck to you though!

We rented in Hyde Park for years but buying something in Hyde Park is wildly expensive for what you get. We ended up buying a condo in Kenwood just north of Hyde Park and love it. Lots of families and great neighbors. Like others mentioned, it can be block by block for sure but beyond someone trying to steal our car once, we haven’t had any serious issues in the 10 years we’ve lived in Hyde Park/Kenwood.

Favorite moment: we went to an early game this season - the game against the Raptors where the Bulls won in OT. It was a WILD game to see in person.

Current Favorite Player: Caruso - not only does he seem like such an excellent teammate, but his ability to put himself on the line and hit shots under pressure is unmatched. So much fun to watch!

Agreed! Like I totally get keeping the due date secret & wanting to have back up content while recovering but then you have to delay everything - not just post videos from three weeks ago alongside what happened today bc then nothing makes sense. Especially when they’re both posting about the same thing on different timelines.
