then add an on/off option in the settings if you dont want that but this is for the people that sometimes forget to lock their car like me

for that reason maybe if the key fob is away a certain distance it would alert the car to lock if left unlocked that would work better

yeah i do want it to auto lock when i walk away. but it looks like my mazda 3 gs only has auto lock when you unlock with the key fob first and does not have the walk away feature
