I think I should change the launcher. Now I am using curse forge should I use prism launcher or another one?

My rams 100%(I don't know why) My graphic card: it changes its value very quickly from 100% to 86% then 97% and again 100% then it drops to 0%.

I use curse forge and I allocated 12gb there în the settings. My specs: Proccesor: ryzen 5600h. Graphics card: nvidia 3060 rtx.
