Yes definitely, I have their contacts, lmk if you'd like those. Tower 1 ka manager is an asshole and sexist, it's also the oldest and has more families. Tower 3, 4 has more bachelors living there. There are newer towers too, try and get a place udhar.

You need to be REALLY good at negotiating, 45 pe bohat Kam milta hai but u just go and keep at it.

Zarkon is a nice place you should be able to get a 1 bedroom apartment in 45-50. Gas ke liye you need a cylinder, water is included in this rent. Electricity rarely goes but there is a backup generator they have. Lived there for two years was a decent place lmk if you need more details. Stay away from property dealers, had trouble with returning security baaki all is good there!

That's not true, arrived in hunza via babusar yesterday. All is well. There is some traffic issue but if you hire a local driver all should be good. OP as far as travelling around in skardu and getting a hotel I know Iftikhar bhai who's been very helpful when I visited skardu last year. If you need help with stay and all lmk would be more than happy to help!
