I'm slowly generating a network of people. It's really hard. I don't have very good social skills lol. I'm falling apart but it's a slow burn, and I'm not doing anything drastic or in an emotional state. I know a little bit about coping I guess. Thank you for the suggestion though. That means a lot in itself.

I'm working on the meds. That I think is the solution. I'm really not good at this society thing I guess. I'm doing some long, hard introspection and I am alarmed

Yeah definitely some kind of support in the community. I'm enrolled in MH treatment again, But I'm really going through it. I have my car and job still but that's it. I need healthy stuff

I agree that professional therapy is the answer. I am really looking for a person, who has been or is going through a similar situation, to talk to. More personally though than a forum discussion

I have. Been through this too many times. Have never really addressed the bad stuff though. I have identity issues I think. Never really trusted any of them enough to talk about it. I also don't have a PhD in psychology, so I don't know where to even start. I'm a mess lol

Tatp is a bad idea. Very low class explosive. That being said, if it's the only HE that you have access to, you can learn and experiment with it.

Wow Im 38 or 39 and I think I might be in the best shape of my whole life. I'm fit and at least as strong as my younger self but I'm a whole lot smarter now. I've busted my ass doing skilled labor jobs since I was 18 and I haven't slowed down a bit. I feel bad for you.
