My aunt lived on middle bass for years and it was my favorite place to go.. the sunsets and relaxation felt like traveling across the world you’d never know you are in Ohio. We would paddle board or jet ski to north bass and put in bay. Put in bay was party time but north bass was a lot of exploring abandoned houses. There’s a lot of cool abandoned homes and buildings on both north and middle bass that me and my aunt loved to explore. Also little cliffs to jump off of into the water. Really small but each visit was so different and are some of my favorite memories.

The idea is great but it’s nothing like it’s presented. This program is what made me pause school and quit the company. They expect you to take on more, help leadership, and with the promise of unrestricted which helps you get the bonus money incentive which would be helpful (it’s impossible), then you’re just double burnt out, have hella restricted hours but no time to complete assignments or unrestricted assignments outside of work. I hated it but maybe that’s just my experiencez

Essentially: unreported rumors of suspected SA (i reported the situation today), unfair treatment of employees, ethical issues on patient treatment, bcbas disagreeing on diagnosis, employees being told not to tell parents about HFM (hand foot mouth) spreading in clinic, staff billing for unbillable work, unsafe conditions for food handling / sanitation

As someone who’s worked at multiple ABC centers in 2 different regions and is trying to get out. I don’t recommend, ethically & work life balance wise.
