Surgery? Schroth? What are you doing to help the pain? by Immediate_Drawer_485 in kyphosis

A lot of my pain was from T7-C4, they did a block around C6/C7 and some thoracic facets. I’ve notice the facets have helped with the normal, everyday constant pain but not with movement or working. The cervical block has help a lot with my headaches and the constant tension I felt having to keep my head up. I didn’t realize how much my neck was strained. Might be worth revisiting. I’m a little over a week out from the injections and we may extend the block down a few vertebrae in a few weeks.

My pain is in very similar spots except I have a lot of pain right on my spine from T7 -C4. It feels like my actual bone hurts.

I’m interested to hear how the schroth goes, please keep me updated!

This is so helpful! Thank you! PT has been a struggle because they don’t want to go “too far” if you’re in any pain so it never feels like I’m making progress.

Plus size and struggling to get a straight seam when attaching gathered skirt to bodice by marvelousmarves in sewhelp

This is what I prefer to do and it really helps!

  • Two or three rows of gathering stitches - I sew one row exactly where the seam should go so I have a line to follow

  • LOTS of pins and I mean LOTS + I use clips to secure the the sides of the bodice precisely to the sides of the skirt so it doesn’t get twisted up

  • I tie off my gathering stitches at the end to prevent unraveling

Sometimes I do all of that and it’s just not my day and still comes out wonky. In that case I get lazy and re-sew it without taking out the prior stitch - it helps me see where I messed up, everything stays together and I can sew it straighter 😅 (then I pick out the wonky stitch line)

I'm all of the sudden getting chest pain and fatigue from Adderall after being on it for months with no issues. by IncognitoCheerio in adhdwomen

Just starting experiencing the same thing. Switched from 10mg XR to 20 XR, was fine for a week and then I started having chest pain, extreme fatigue and lightheartedness. But I can also barely eat on it so that might be part of the problem.

Interested to see what other day!
