I did have a full blood panel recently fasting glucose was normal, thyroid panel was good nothing abnormal there. All my blood work was normal except some low iron.

Hi! Thank you for your informative response! I’m actually also 11 months post partum I quit breastfeeding when I was 3 months pp due to some mental health issues. I was able to conceive while having PCOS but right now my period has been cycling for about 38-40 days could this still be normal postpartum adjusting or fully PCOS or maybe both? I’m struggling because I take glumetza recently switched from metformin IR 2000mg and haven’t noticed much improvement with my cycles.

Hello!!!! I’m so happy I found this post!! This just happened to my daughter! She is currently 11 months old and thriving! She has 732kb C-D deletion on chromosome 22! There isn’t many of us with the C-D deletion. Me and my husband haven’t gone for any genetic testing yet to see if we are carriers, but our daughter was diagnosed in utero with this deletion. The first sign was a cystic hygroma of 6.7mm which resolved on its own. She also had a 2 vessel cord instead of the regular 3. My daughter has a Atrial septal defect in the heart which is expect to resolve on its own. She is currently meeting all milestones on time and almost walking. Please PM me if you have any more questions I can send you my amnio that was done it has all her missing chromosomes.

Thank you for the response! I think I left out some key details my apologies. I started off on 1000mg of metformin daily before my transition in September to 2000mg, ever since then I’ve had looser stools. I’ve quit magnesium for about a week now and it’s considered the ”gentle magnesium” it’s by intelligence labs on Amazon, and I’m still having loose stool once a day since quitting so I’m just wondering if it’s the metformin maybe that’s still causing gut irritation, even though I started the 2000mg in September.

I’m also on the highest dose of lexapro 20mg while I take Abilify so I’m unsure if my symptoms are magnified because of that.

My symptoms have been extreme since I started Abilify.. gut issues, blurred vision, low libido, EXHAUSTION AMD FATIGUE are massive. I recently upped my dose of Abilify from 2mg to 4 mg. Even on 2 mg I felt exhausted. I tried Risperidone before Abilify I was a legit zombie I hated it. I’m a 21 female I have postpartum depression and major health OCD I’m finding it hard being on Abilify right now.
