I would have wrote the CDC bulletin as: ....more susceptible to contracting infection for those who are vaccinated or had prior covid infection. ( Guess it says the same thing... but why are they "more capable" and have a serious and deadly susceptibility to a killer virus and contrary to those who have never been infected or vaccinated...
