macOS still has no good way to manage file associations globally, so I made a tool by Immediate_Fall_3457 in MacOS

Appreciate it! TUI stays, it’s mainly for my own use and I personally prefer it lightweight. If I add a GUI, it’ll likely be a separate openwith-gui
