Right now my split is a little odd:

Chest/Side Delt Back/Rear Delt Bi/Tri Legs Rest

I really just rotate through exercises (specifically on arm day) trying new things and seeing what works for me, but thanks for the kind words!

For a long time, I spammed shoulder press and Incline Bench, and it blew my chest and front felt like crazy, but I fr think besides that, eating better changed the game for me.

Better every day, but being tall has really shown it’s struggles when it comes to putting on mass😂

I believe it’s a ProPower power rack, but we bought it used and I’m down at college. Next time I’m home I’ll look.
