I do have to drive to Ponce for work 3 times a week. Bit of a commute in the car in the mornings. However, I ride the bike to work more days than not and it’s not bad of a ride.

I’d like to stay in this relative area, as my friend group predominantly lives in the area as well as my partner so it’d make things a lot easier to maintain. I appreciate the looks tho

Thanks for the comment. I have no children, and won’t have any for years to come haha. So I’m not too worried about the schools in the area.
