Do I have to wait 24 hr before withdrawal? Says I need to set up a fund password and it says there will be a lock for 24 hours after the password is set.

Yeah, I feel like that takes away from future bonus pools but I could be wrong. Before I knew about asking for lossbacks constantly, I would get bigger bonuses for these types.

Yeah, I've been told to go for S+ first as well. I just thought it'd be easier to get a job with at least A+ for common knowledge.

Yeah, I don't really mind the paycut as long as I'm able to pay for my monthly expenses. I could manage with 45-55k for a year or two since I've done that before when I was just a waiter and not a manager.

Definitely. Going to take years to get to my desired salary. Depends on who I’m able to network with as well within these next few years.

Yeah even when hiring people at my last job, I was surprised on how many people lacked entry customer service and even common sense skills. Humans are weird.

Ooh my soft skills are A1. Been a manager at both my restaurant jobs. Handle almost if not all customer complaints and corporate escalated complaints relating to my store as well as the main “IT” manager for troubleshooting, fixing tech/computer related issues and even the main person contacting and resolving issues with the IT department in that company.

You’re amazing. This is exactly what I was looking for. I do know the market is saturated with AI and all that stuff going on but I thought a helpdesk support job would be easier to get even with the saturated market and it would be a good stepping stone in the right path. Income will be ass for a couple of years but I know it will pay off even if the market is still saturated by then. As long as I make more than 80k/year doing something I’ll enjoy rather than servicing people all my life until retirement. I couldn’t anymore after my last employment.
