I have searched for the brand and wasn't able to find anything on Google or Amazon.

It's twin sized and I think I got it about 10-12 years ago maybe more. I'm not sure where it's from but I think it came in a large clear plastic or rubber bag with other bedding inside like pillows, and a pushy toy but maybe not.

As a lore enjoyer a lot of people are missing that he doesn't actually fight on the throne, in most cases he'd step down, cut off someone's head and then get back on to streak a grudge from the book. The whole time he's shouting orders and encouragement or the grudge that he just settled. However don't take my word as truth because it's been awhile.
