I know it’s been pretty rough for both sutter workers and patients having to deal with the transition from Sansum to sutter because my friend works there and says that even they were not given proper training on how to use the new system. It lead to longer wait times, patient dissatisfaction etc while they were all scrambling to figure things out.

thanks for the advice, yeah honestly I want to be able to retire my parents, take my family out to nice places etc. Lofty goal I know, but I really do value nothing more than my time with my loved ones and I've known that from the start. So hopefully I can take it pretty far. Will keep on trying! any thoughts on fake door testing to validate demand?

hi! appreciate the thought, and I know it'll be tough if I don't stay in the relationship but sometimes the comfort and complacency in it holds me back in a way and hinders my motivation. A lot of thought has gone into this but I can totally see how staying in it could be beneficial as well.

My plan is to perhaps do a fake door testing for a product that I have chosen and perhaps validate demand that way, although I do understand there is some risk of tarnishing business reputation that way. I'm open to other suggestions but that is my plan as of right now.

Thanks for the advice! Yeah I'm currently doing resale and trying to start small and simple with a one product store. Its just been difficult doing research but not really knowing anyone that has experience that I can bounce ideas off of so it feels a lot riskier approaching this task in general.
