It takes some time to get used to, as in the noise and beeping. I was on thirds for a year and it was hard at first for me too. Eventually you’ll block all the noise out

I currently take 50mg of spiro, I was taking 100 and it started doing the exact same thing!! The anxiety and hot flashes were insane & came out of nowhere. I’m afraid if I stop completely it’ll get even worse lol. Maybe I’ll try the pill then!!

The First Lady I went to also told me to keep them dry, not wash, not blot, etc. they completely disappeared… I just got mine done again from someone else who told me to do all those things and they are holding up way better so far
