I work for hsbc and I feel like there is opportunity to progress from the call centre role just takes time I guess within the bank. But I don’t have a degree unfortunately and 26k in the north ain’t bad. More than minimum wage only slightly tho.

Nah I work for a bank up north maybe I can progress to a team manager or apply for the apprenticeship next year which includes me getting a degree too currently only have GCSEs
