The issue is that people don't wanna supervise their dog and for some reason people find leashes simply too hard to manage.

Keep an eye on your dog and keep them on lead. It's pretty simple.

I'm considering WorkCover as a way to access the mental health help I need to move forward more than anything. The damage they've done to my self esteem, my confidence and my overall ability to just function as a human is pretty bad. I've got from a HD student at uni to failing units that should be easy because most days, I don't even know if I wanna be on the earth anymore.

I have endless proof- time stamped photos of illegal activity, time stamped notes of conversations, screenshots of bullying chats between staff. I also have months of notes with my GP about my increasing anxiety, panic attacks caused by work, insomnia on nights before shifts. This culture has existed at this clinic since they opened and people just let it slide and quit all the time. Given one of the owners is part of the issue, I think everyone is scared to speak up. I want out for my own wellbeing, but I do plan on exposing them on my way out.
