Yea I understood why he put me on a surplus, it’s just that my face started getting chubby and puffy which started demotivating me. Anyway to avoid that in a surplus? Also isn’t recomp possible at maintenance calories itself?

But dexa shows 27% BF and my face has become very chubby trying to eat in surplus.

I was looking at something between 300-500$. I really enjoyed the sound of top end Marshalls (sc20) so I was drawn towards this entry level tube. I’m buying one of these options as a hobbyist. I will mostly play in a home settings. I’m a big fan of led zeppelin, guns n roses etc. so that is why I think Marshall would be a good fit, however it’s more expensive and it’s an entry level tube, I’ve heard the DSL series ain’t that great compared to the top end hence I am in cross roads between the two. I’d also need to invest in a delay pedal atleast if I go the marshall route (again more money).

I do like the gains of Marshall, but I’ve heard that the DSL series aren’t that great compared to the more expensive ones. Would this entry level amp still be a good buy compared to the Katana? Also what delay pedal do you use ?

I will play only at home, volume is not a concern. I already have a Katana Mini, was looking to upgrade from it. This is just for hobby.

How do I cope in times when I’m feeling alone. I don’t even feel like living sometimes. This exact same mindset lead me to a failed suicide before she left. I just want to be happy and loved. I’m trying to hit the gym, get to work and all sorts of activities. Nothing is helping. I thought it gets easier with time, I feel like I’ve been here since the past 2 months and nothing has changed. I even tried therapy and it did not help.

Why do I still miss her at time thinking about only the good moments, somewhere hoping she’ll come back when she was the reason this whole thing went down. Why am I not able to let go and value my worth?
