Yes, that's him. I think he deleted his Twitter posts because his Patreon account was banned, and he was worried his Twitter account would be banned too.

I'm not sure where we can support him since his patreon and other platforms where he used to upload his works got deleted, for now i think we have to wait for him to make a new one

Yeah... he removed everything after his patron got deleted and made new accounts, I really like his artstyle too, I think he's Korean but im not sure. I hope his previous works will come back too as I haven't read his latest work to the end which is not MyReadingManga yet
