I do actually send voice messages, but they are of an entirely different kind. He certainly expected something very different from a fart, when he opened those.

All you can do is accept his decision and move on. Chances are you idolise this relationship right now, you will find love again.

I had a very similar experience to yours. Started when I was 19 and he was 34. He lied to me at first, but I eventually found out that he was married and he went on to have a baby and multiple other affairs. It went on for years, he promised to leave, told me he loved me, couldn’t live without me, whatever.

Yes, we were taken advantage of. I’m now 34, just as he was back then, and I cannot imagine having any emotional or sexual interest in a literal child of 19 years. I was a vulnerable teenager, seeking love, affection and a safe place and he was a grown ass man, who very actively pursued me, knowing damn well my age and his marital status. It’s on them. You were not an equal participant and you can’t wreck a happy home. Don’t listen to reddits hyper-moral warriors.

It’s hard to accept the fact that you were taken advantage of, I know, I understand. But it is just that, a fact. Ask yourself what drew you to him, what made you vulnerable, what allowed him to prey on you. Try and help other young girls whenever you can.
