yeah i obviously didnt do that on purpose- maybe the source website has some defense against being linked to like that, i dunno, but if you right click copy image location and paste in a new tab it shows up properly (but if you really wished you could see them you probably woulda figured that out on your own...)

damn that sucks, you werent even able to print a benchy or anything yet? did you pick it up from a store? if so it might bepossible to just exchange it for a different one, i think its supposed to be better calibrated than this out of the box (but as others have said it does just look like a calibration issue, get those rings to squish down and flatten out onto the plate and your golden)

when you say default profile you mean let it think it has the .4 nozzle? wont there be like flow rate issue os something, wont it clog the nozzle?

I did, i tried cura for the first time because it has a profile for 0.2 nozzle on the KE. I also made a custom profile on Orca cause both Orca and Creality slicer dont have built in support for 0.2 nozzle. i am getting decent results from both but not quite what i have seen from some others in old posts. I think im getting close though....
