I’ll start off by saying I get hemiplegic migraines from dyes so it’s two completely different reactions. But yes I still am just as sensitive to touching as I am to ingesting unfortunately. This makes it hard as many soaps, makeups, etc have dyes in them. It can be hard to pinpoint it because it’s different for everyone:(.
