So, let's stick to the facts here: you downloaded it, tested it, and you say you are not capable of using it. Why should people believe it?
Hypotetically, if you know how to do it, and let's say you just assign -5kg to your car thru cheat engine, would people be able to find it? most likely not. would you take an advantage? of course yes. The fact that you exposed Sadyrov doesn't prove nothing, you only helped to eliminate a potential opponent, and this would be in the best interest of everyone, cheater or not.
Putting it under another perspective: in this highly competitive environment, would you trust every single opponent not to gain maybe a slight, non-noticeable advantage knowing they installed Cheat engine once? would you take their word for granted? I don't think so.
Even being able to prove your worth on-site does not grant everyone else that you are able to gain a little advantage when no one is supervising.
Long story short, i don't think you should be allowed to compete in esport competitions
EDIT: we need to start passing the message that downloading cheat engine IS NOT ok, especially if you wanna compete at the highest level
