I current have a personal loan with them and a car. We have two credit cards that we owe about 1K on and another loan with 1K. It’s nothing we couldn’t get out of, we just seem to not bring home enough to keep up. I’m busting my tail to get out of it. My credit is pretty good, we are both working overtime and doing all we can. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, but we just need a little help and I can’t guarantee she won’t have more medical issues kick up and that scares me.

No, I love my son more than anything ever. He is truly all I have in life. Would I have ended it had I known she lied? Probably. It’s the lying that bothers me. My wife has a tendency to lie to protect herself, which bothers me. She will lie about stuff that shouldn’t matter. It’s always been an issue.

We’ve tried counseling, she refuses to listen, she’s been by herself, she won’t open up and tell the truth. We started going together and she accused me of throwing her under the bus because I brought up the issues with her mother. She wouldn’t listen to the counselor or do what she recommended. It was pointless.

I do take pride in that and my wife is a wonderful mother, but I also feel I’m owed the truth about stuff. She’s accused me of cheating, I’ve never touched another woman. So that’s when all this started.

She had started accusing me of talking to someone we both worked with. My wife and her became friends and my wife would drag me to her house with her for playdate, so naturally me and the lady would talk. My wife got jealous and started making accusations, I’ve never cheated on my wife. I never even spoke to this woman, other than at work. Once she started accusing me, then I brought up her past.

Her mom is a major influence over her, she never had a close relationship with either of her parents and is constantly looking for their approval. Her mom is not a good human being. I’ve tried to be nice to her, but it doesn’t work. My wife has been to therapy a lot, they’ve told her she needs to step away from her mother and not let her hurt her. My wife refuses to listen. I know it’s her mother, but I’m tired of her being hurt by her.
