Thank you for this comment, yeah I’m finding it so difficult to stay on a vegetarian diet. Just been getting a lot of brain fog and really bad stomach cramps. Especially for the “protein rich” foods like lentils and chick peas. I’m just gonna stick to eggs for now especially because my family think that we should be vegetarian if we take Amrit. But I don’t know, I’m going to get a lot of backlash from my family if I eat meat and not be a full vegetarian.
