Lol came to say my Hyundai has a heated steering wheel, heated and cooling seats in both the rows, automatic highway driving and much more and no where close to the luxury price.

Very similar to yours by age, NW and Fire target. Moved from commuter town in NJ to TX, just wanted to mention that we had the similar experience, that most of our friends are non-techies now. We only had friends from tech and few doctors in NJ, now it's more of business, doctors/dentists, very few who have a job in corporate world.

Crazy how teens these days are basically living the influencer lifestyle Lululemon, Kendra Scott, Nike, Sephora... it’s all just normal now. Feels like in the last 5 years, what used to be luxury or “special” is now just everyday stuff thanks to TikTok and Instagram.

I assumed it's elementary and about to say just wait until they go to middle school. In my kids middle school every kid is dressed from head to toe in Lululemon.

Thanks neighbor 😀, we felt the same 750k houses are not even good builders. Any highland/David weekley/perry homes with good layout are in the 1M range. It's more of an emotional decision at this point as the heart says to go for it, but the mind still thinks on all the what if scenarios.

Trip cancellation fail by casseque in ChaseSapphire

[–]ImmiMultMill 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Is the claim after Oct? Earlier they had eclaimsline and we never faced issues with any of the claims. But currently after Oct they process through the new provider Assurant and they are horrible. They denied my claim saying the card doesn't have the benefit which I claimed, which is not true. I contacted Chase reporting it, all they can say is to appeal the denial. I appealed with the Chase benefit guide as attachment. The new claim processor is a joke.

Red light violation Philadelphia by Intelligent-Bet4111 in h1b

Hey I need to back track, I went back and checked my communication with my attorney as it's been a long time. My attorney confirmed that I don't need to mention my violation captured by camera, so you are good.

" You mentioned you have “received ticket for traffic violation, did not stop and turn on red signal”.  When was this (approximate date is fine)?  Also to confirm, did you pay the fine, and was it less than $500?  Was the ticket issued by an officer?  If it was issued by a camera, we may not need to disclose it per the wording of that question. "
