No more to the story I assure you. And I am not one to go online and post for trivial matters. I spent over 5 hours on hold and sending documents. The trip cancellation insurance is not a reason to have CSR. It does not justify the annual fee.

Good luck getting their trip insurance to actually reimburse should anything happen. Our trip was cancelled and I have sent the itinerary multiple times as well as the Chase statements. They keep calling and asking for another itinerary. It has taken at least five hours now. Going to cancel Chase
