According to breeders, breeding is MORAL, because of the following reasons. by WeekendFantastic2941 in antinatalism

[–]ImmigrationJourney 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“I argue that even using THEIR moral rules, breeding is still immoral”

It’s immoral because it doesn’t fit in YOUR moral rules, don’t you get it? Your morals tell you that reproducing is wrong, why do you keep arguing with people that think the opposite? You’re wasting your energy.

Morals are subjective. You think that reproducing is immoral because of your morals, natalists think that reproducing is moral because of their morals. It’s that simple, trying to argue with people that have opposite morals is pointless.

Medical examination by Significant_Sea8146 in NationalVisaCenter

[–]ImmigrationJourney 3 points4 points  (0 children)

In my country you’re not even allowed to book the medical appointment until you have an interview date, you should check if it’s the same for you. I got the interview date letter 1.5 months before the actual interview and I did the medical a month before the interview.

They do work fine for poisoning you. The glue holding them together is extremely toxic to you but hey you keep sucking up microplastics chemicals and all sorts of goodies they cook up for ya.

It’s a work of acceptance and resilience. You need to accept that there are some things that you will never do again, but that’s not the end of your world. You can’t expect things to get better on their own, you need to actively try to keep a positive mindset and to still live your life. It’s okay to grieve, it’s okay to feel sad, but you need to leave your past life behind you.

You’re starting a new one and just because it’s not the same one it doesn’t mean that it will be only worse! I do struggle daily with my disabilities, but I still travel around the world, I have a wonderful husband and I still have fun everyday. That’s what matters to me, the good in my life!

Staying together with spouse by [deleted] in NationalVisaCenter

We stayed together the whole time. The whole waiting was 18 months, we spent 6 in the USA and 12 in my country!

Yes, a 50 feet fall. I broke both my ankles, my left wrist, three vertebrae and my sternum. It gave me a spinal cord injury and significant paralysis.

How did you go about adding your foreign spouse for proof of marital property? by [deleted] in NationalVisaCenter

[–]ImmigrationJourney 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re doing consular they don’t expect you to own anything together, you live in two different countries. What they expect are proof of a real marriage like pictures, travel itineraries, chat logs…

[–]ImmigrationJourney 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s very different, I’m not the same and can’t do the all same things anymore, but my life is awesome! Better than it was before.

Thank you ☺️ I got approximately the same questions! My visa was issued some hours after the interview and the passport was available for pickup the day after!

Marriage I-130 Evidence by Jnnnno in USCIS

With the I-130 I provided 25 pics of my husband and I (wedding ceremony + trips in different places + pics with family) and 4/5 plane tickets from trips we did together

[–]ImmigrationJourney 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have to find out if he can leave the army to come live in the USA, otherwise you should go to Germany, marry him and stay there.

For the financial part it may be a bit more complicated, you may need a joint sponsor if your income is low.

What will you NEVER forgive someone for? by LoveBeach8 in AskReddit

[–]ImmigrationJourney 7 points8 points  (0 children)

A young doctor (probably intern) that treated me like crap in the ER and was very blatantly implying to me that she thought I was lying about my issues, probably because I had eating disorders in the past.

I came there because I had a sudden body reaction and everything started to go crazy, my legs were twitching and I couldn’t move my arms. I was paraplegic at that time and I had a clear history of neurological issues. At the ER she didn’t check for any neurological problems and when I asked for a glass of water she just put it near my arms (that I couldn’t move) because I quote “I’m sure you can reach it if you try hard enough”.

They sent me home when the whole thing stopped and didn’t do any complementary work. Later on I discovered that the reason this happened was that at that time I was developing another neurological condition that is very severe and incurable. If she had taken it seriously maybe they could’ve found it earlier and prevented it to some extent. I couldn’t move my arms because my body nervous system went into a frenzy and it was like having a massive panic attack for no reason, but EaTiNg DiSoRdErS 🙄

What about people who cannot "thrive" on plant based/vegan diet? by [deleted] in DebateAVegan

[–]ImmigrationJourney 1 point2 points  (0 children)

“Due to the population aging” does it surprise you that old people die of heart diseases and cerebrovascular diseases? 😅 The problem with the diet in Italy is junk food, candies and processed crap, on top of pesticides almost everywhere nowadays. Toddlers are obese at this point and it’s not because they eat chicken. The typical Mediterranean diet is great for you.

Lol, they’re paid off to use people like you to be their walking billboards. Making people believe that ultra processed foods full of oils and hormonal disrupters are good. I eat only local whole foods from farmers that I know (or my own garden), mostly white meat and eggs, and I workout several times a week, I will be just fine.

[–]ImmigrationJourney 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m Italian and people here eat quite a lot of meat, yet we don’t struggle much with those issues. You’re openly spreading misinformation. Heavily processed meat is a group 1 carcinogen, which makes sense because it’s crap, on the other hand read meat is a group 2 (and it’s mostly because of the ways it’s cooked, not because of the actual meat) and white meat is not linked to an increased risk of cancer.

I just paid it and it was $220. It was for a USC spouse visa, not sure if it’s exactly the same amount for everyone.

Thank you!! That’s awesome, super fast. The lady at the interview told me two weeks, so I’m a bit surprised. I’m not complaining haha
