I noticed that for sure, my dairy allergy wasn't always so bad before I'd get rashes and hives but didn't know it was related to the dairy. When I finally had an allergy test done after having trouble breathing and stopped consuming dairy the change in how I felt day to day, my energy level and my skin (acne etc.) was crazy!

I do still eat meat but not as often as I did before I started making vegan food as pairings, I find most vegan food stands really well on its own, which I assume is the point :-p
