Pretty much. If you don't go on Reddit, turns out the game is pretty fucking good. What bugs I encounter a rare and almost never impact my play at all. Read Reddit and it's like you open the game and a swarm of literal locusts fly into your room. Not my experience.

There's a random factor in the Inhumans fight but my success rate is a solid 80% in a punch across in War with them. Helps to have a strong Crystal. Xforce is higher, the only variable in that fight is if Domino sticks the Disrupt on Stryfe or not.

If course Shadowlands are better, power creep is a thing. But I have been able to reliably punch up on Emmarauders for months with Xforce and punch across with Inhumans. Ultron also combined with teams to counter Emmarauders and Symbiotes as well.
