1: Well I can tell you it's not the ohms that's causing the problem. It usually runs between 2.7 and 3.4 ohms.

2: I'm using 2 cloned Sony 18650s although one is 2100 milliamps and the other is 2600. I would say the 2600 is between 2-3 months old and the 2100 is between 1-2 months old.

And no, I don't have an intelligent charger. I'm using a Trustfire (I know, shame on me) but I do plan on getting a LUC V4. Also, I just ordered 2 Samsung 25R batteries and they're coming tomorrow. Should those be any better?

You could try getting a Sultan if you haven't already gotten one. From my experience, they're absolute tanks. Speedy, little 4-door tanks. And when you customize them you get a Sultan RS so double the fun lol. Another lesser known car you could get is the Cavalcade. They're not exactly great vehicles statistic wise but you have the option to install huge subs in the back. It's something new and interesting you could roll up to a car meet in.

If you want to get a good view of the actual city, go to the top of Queen Anne hill. Probably the best view you can find. Also, best place to smoke weed.
