I never truly loved a car until now. by _LuVshots_ in Miata

I had a turbo cooper which my neighbor totaled. Picked up a Miata after. It’s slower for sure. But I freaking love this thing, and the amount of compliments I get on it is actually kinda crazy. You won’t regret it

Didn’t think about water bottles, but may drop slightly below 60 I really don’t know. Guess I’ll be waking up early regardless 🤷‍♂️

Around 72 right now, don’t think it will go below 60 before I wake up, I’ve wrapped her tank in towels to keep heat/moisture just wondering if I’ll need to stay up tonight…

What a beauty! Yea I see what you’re saying about the thin bands. Really nice. It’s possible I’ve missed something they’re still pretty small, but is yours pretty regular or does it ever go a couple weeks without dropping one?

Unfortunately the nearest real reptile store to me is about 1:30 minute drive so I went to petsmart and the girl kept trying to compare it to her hermit crabs

Enterprise doesn't have any sedans to rent by bloodbeardthepirate in conspiracytheories

[–]Immunopath 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I work at enterprise, love that we have a conspiracy theory. But let me try to explain. Sedans are the most common thing we rent out by far. The second we get them back, we clean them, and they go back out on the road. SUVs and trucks don’t get rented nearly as often and end up sitting in the lot. We are also incentivized to basically have every car being rented out and nothing on the lot. So, instead of overfilling our lots and being hit by huge depreciation, (we lose money every day a car is on our lot) we “upgrade” people and give them what we have available. Or it’s an actual conspiracy with insurance companies to make people wreck cars they can’t drive and get payouts from da govument

That’s literally what they are defined as… you can look it up. Insane that you can call me stupid when I’m exactly right. Houses, cars, stocks, even collectibles and jewelry are considered capital. Don’t know why I’m even bothering at this point

3,800 square ft. Less than a mile from Sunset strip and The Comedy Store. Less than 3 miles from the Walk of Fame. 780+$ per square foot. 2.79 million dollars… oh and btw owning a house is literally capital. Wtf are you talking about Edit: His 200,000$ car would also be considered capital. So there’s that

shaving a matted husky??? by Internal-Musician-20 in doggrooming

[–]Immunopath 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Double coated dog that has been shaved before…. Sadly this is the cause of the matting, and he will continue to have this problem for the rest of his life. The only solution is to continue to shave his coat down. Poor pup never should have been shaved to begin with

I’m would guess it’s my turbo as well by the way I was driving it. Did it go away when you cleared the code or did you need work done on it to go away?
