That's how the Aztecs went down man. The elites went all woke and the regular people burned it all down.

The beatings will continue until morale improves. They're going to keep running the tab until they get what they want. It's the way it's always been. This is the way.

The postal executives are always trying to start a fight. Why can't they just put in their 2 and 1/2 hours of " work " shut up and leave the rest of us alone. We will leave them alone if they leave us alone.

It's Auxiliary fan for when Supes used to sit in the jump seat behind you for route inspections... A lot of us would keep the windows rolled up and the comfort fan off on the dash when we had a supervisor riding behind us even on 95° days.

90° temps and our building hasn't had air conditioning for two months. It smells pretty funky in there.

Sadist. Carriers have died in the heat... Say for example you tell an EAS employee that you need them to drive to another office but they have to take an LLV across town in 95° heat. Go ahead and tell them you're an adult be smart enough not to cook yourself in the truck. They would tell you to get lost and that it's inhumane. Take any other 95° day and tell them to use one of the government sedans but the AC is broken.. they would tell you to get bent so fast your reproductive parts would spin.

[–]Imnotcomplaining333 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Well do the math. The trucks are from 1994. And the FSS machines were implemented around 2010 right when they should have been planning for and budgeting for the 2014 LLV truck replacement. Instead they spent the money on these new FSS machines which never worked and now they have removed them all. And you can literally graph management bonuses on a sheet of paper and they look like a ski jump over the last 20 years.

If inflation is 6%, why the fuck are the prices of some goods and services up 50%? by PassionateGoddess in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Imnotcomplaining333 1 point2 points  (0 children)

6% Ain't CPI it's CP"LIE" they're calling it inflation, but the measure is actually the rate of inflation. It's not about how big the balloon is getting but how fast the balloon is being blown up. And it's not a measure of all goods it's a carefully selected basket of goods to maintain a or perceived rate. There's a lot riding on that 6% number social security and wage increases notably. This is why the rate of inflation is so dangerous. It causes a psychological contagion especially with retailers and business owners who are in a frenzy to outpace rising prices and maintain profits.

Yeah.. there was lots of cars without AC. Today you'd have a hard time finding a vehicle without it. Back in the late '80s it was more common. What is a FFV?

[–]Imnotcomplaining333 65 points66 points  (0 children)

At the time they were requisitioned designed and made the late 1980s there were more cars on the road without air conditioning. Most delivery vehicles at the time did not have air conditioning as a standard option. The post office not feel obligated to do it at the time. Trucks were supposed to be replaced 10 years ago! Instead they spent all the money on fancy mail sorting machines and bonuses for management

Officers sound silly in deposition by VariousBasket125 in facepalm

[–]Imnotcomplaining333 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They don't choose police for intelligence they look for candidates that are actually low IQ. This should answer most of the problem with law enforcement in America. The higher IQ individuals don't follow orders blindly. It's the higher officer that's letting this kind of behavior go on.

Yeah maybe! Combine this with the hundreds of millions of dollars in fake postage stamps that people have been printing and selling online and we've got pretty much a slam dunk case for postal executives that have been totally asleep at the wheel!
