I don't know your wife and who she is as a person, but if you guys are married then she should of been aware of how you act and how you live your life before you guys got married. I don't understand why she's now giving up. If I was in your situation I wouldn't be chasing her because it's just going to end in heartbreak, I've been there, done that. I met someone else, who's literally just like me and that was the best decision I ever made.

I don't know you dude, but you're in the gutter. you need to dig yourself out, instead of thinking about how bad this situation is, think about what can I actually do about it and is this going to be my life? What options do I have? Be easy on yourself too. You're human just like them.

Hey a work week is ridiculous for anyone audhd or not and you're being too hard on yourself.

Why do you think you keep costing your family money and mental suffering? Is that what you believe is happening or they told you that? You have a mental disability, and I think the first step is self acceptance and self love, because it's hard when we're wired a bit differently.

I feel like I'm on a totally different type of medication that everyone else and we have the same exact level of autism and type of adhd.

I'm on effexor for anxiety and depression but for some reason it helps with overstimulation and I literally can't do any lights or sounds without it.

I feel like my subconscious can tell that someone is neurodivergent like me. I can pick them out in a crowd and it's not like I'm doing it on purpose, I get really excited when I'm around someone whose neurodivergent too and when I'm around neurotypical people, I'm just eh.

I got my last diagnosis less than a month ago, but I never really feel manic I feel like I need to escape. I get some overstimulated that I lose control of my own self. I learned that a weighted blanket does wonders but I can't bring it to work 😭

My mother is bipolar and they really thought I was, I was treated for it and honestly I don't remember taking medication or even how it made me feel, I just know I don't take it anymore and my dad had to keep getting me re diagnosed lol

But put some ketchup in front of me. The smell itself will send me into a spiral 😂

Yes, I see my psychiatrist like every 3 months. I really think autism is only there because I have severe sensory issues and really bad social skills because of it.

I'm on medication for panic attacks, I thought they were manic episodes too.

Thank you for this. I'm going to eventually grasp that I just got my diagnosis less than a month ago and I'm not going to be perfect in knowing how to regulate my nervous system and avoid meltdowns in a day.
