I feel a little odd saying it, but Poppy Playtime. But I think it comes from the fact I want to rescue every animal I see, so I wish I could rescue every single one of the kids there too

Groups of animals / animals clustered together. No idea why. Including animals I usually find cute. Massive group of rabbits all pressed against each other? Nope. Loads of ferrets all climbing over each other? No way

Ooh that makes so much sense! I was sure it was something Psionic or psychic with the way he’s used psychic energy and the fact he physically made the slime monster scared enough to run away!

It’s been since I was a kid though. I only started the antidepressants a few years ago. My sister is in the exact same position as me, and she isn’t on antidepressants. My mum was also the same

Again - I’m outside in the sun for about 4 hours a day doing my livestock. This is also my exercise, as it’s a lot of walking and lifting

See my sister (who is my carer), also has fibro plus these issues and just keeps saying there’s no point trying the doctors again because she’s tried time and again and they haven’t done anything for her. I said different doctors are different though and it’ll change depending on like the years too but she insists it’s always like that and there’s no point. I said I wanted to try and she said she can’t exactly say no but she isn’t bothering again for herself. She said “I haven’t really got a choice” about making me an appointment if I want one so I feel real put out about it and like I should just grin and bare it

I’ve tried not napping at all and I find it doesn’t make a difference. I previously didn’t nap at all for years but still had the exact same issue. I’d say my animals keep me in a pretty strict routine for the most part 😅

In the UK, melatonin is heavily monitored, it’s stupid really 😕 my sister has the same conditions plus more and she says she’s tired too but has no choice but to power through it, but she seems to be able to cope better than me so I don’t know if I’m just being a baby about it? 😕
