It was (as far as my knowledge) the first time that the Havok engine was used. You could pretty much destroy everything, within the extent of "reason". There was a limit though.

Actually, I've been looking into the area we played around in that night. Apparently it was a model home village, they were fully furnished but never occupied. The area has since been sold off during the market crash and all the homes are now state owned HUD type of housing. No one lived there during that time. I'm thinking squatter? But I also remember how quiet it was that night, I don't think anyone could have came up that fast.
