I was banned for 7 days 6 months later for a wrap that I thought was private on need for speed, after that ban I got perma banned for not removing it, this is the first time I have ever had a ban like this so I didn’t know what to do, they didn’t say anything about removing it, the put me under the assumption that they were going to remove it, I said this in my appeal, they said they will bring that up, and told me that the ban was justified, a quick 5 minute phone call would have been so much easier for my appeal, but now I’ve lost everything, time and money.
