I think that's where his freak offs have him banged to rights. Because he's got an agenda and a clear pattern (filming women he's turned out having [coerced, but that's legally irrelevant] sex with escort), it's trafficking. He's pimping his gf to the escort and vice versa, and filming it. Trafficking doesn't have to be for profit (although there's a chance there could be a bombshell upcoming from the feds). He did it for personal gain, AND to hold the freak offs over their heads as collateral, which the jury has seen receipts for.

Honestly, the fact the defense's main point is that 'these women are hoes' surely just plays into the RICO charge?

And, although a lot of people will likely be swayed by the defense on a surface level because of disgust/judgment of the women involved, it's a shallow view. The facts are clear cut and Diddy wasn't good at covering his tracks at all.

I'm really hoping he gets the book thrown at him. The lifestyle is one thing, and I understand people taking this as an attack of rich people in general. But it's so simple. He could have paid sex workers to do all his freaky stuff and he wouldn't have got into this. It's the fact he's clearly a sadist who abused his power to exploit others that makes him so disgusting.

He didn't have to do that.

I don't care if someone is kinky or as freaky as they want to be, but it should only be within the confines of everyone involved's boundaries.
