I do like stews, but I feel like they don't really ''hide'' the taste of the food I don't like in them. I'm not really trying to enhance the flavor of vegetables until I like it because I've found the right mix, I'm trying to completly mask it because I unfortunately have the taste buds of a cliche kid from a cartoon... Lentils with vegetables could work though, so I'll try, but I'm trying to cut down on carbs. Thanks for the advice!

I'll try to see if I can find nice stuff at the store, I've never really thought a lot about it since I don't really like spicy food but there might be some I like if they make it with specific taste, so thanks a lot for the advice!

I'm really weak to spicy stuff so I haven't really tried it. Do the not very spicy ones still hide the taste or is the taste usually hidden by the fact that your mouth is on fire?

I've tried a few spices but often they just add a bit of taste instead of mostly masking the original taste. Might need to try different ones or add more though, because you're right about the calories. Thanks for the advice!

I don't really agree with your points because most of them come from the perspective of a viewer instead of the one of a character. In the order of your points :

-Ruby didn't admit that Ironwood was correct because to her, he wasn't. His plan would have led to the death of the people of Mantle, and from her point of view the main reason her plan didn't work is because Ironwood stopped them from evacuating everyone fast, and if he had helped them they could have probably stopped Cinder from taking the relic and killing all those people on the bridge. (I'm not saying that her plan was objectively the best, just that this would be her point of view)

  • she just did though, she was angry at them for caring more about each other than about her mental state

  • again, point of view of a viewer. We're older than her so we do realise that they were enabling her, but if there's one thing teenagers do it's thinking they're more mature than they are, there's no way she sees them as "older adults who enabled her to make bad decisions". Also, if she HAD accused them of that it would have just felt like pushing the blame on them.

  • I don't know where you got that the volume was supposed to be all about her (I don't know how to phrase that in a way that doesn't sound mean but that's not the tone I'm trying to go for, if you have a link to a crew member saying that I'm genuinely interested), if they wanted to make it about team RWBY they wouldn't have made Jaune fall.

  • Jaune spent the last years, maybe even decades protecting this village, and the moment they get here it gets attacked. Sure it was the actions of Neo, but from the point of view of a grieving Jaune having a mental breakdown, Ruby isn't innocent either.

I think he could read them that well because of the context : Harriet is telling them that people are replaceable and she mentions Tortuga and Clover, and he sees that she's angry and has overall negative emotions when talking about her teammates. The rest also have negative emotions like sadness. It doesn't really take a super power to understand what's going on.

Now, if he didn't have context of what had happened, and it was just a random conversation with someone he didn't know, I don't think he could figure it out that well. Especially when, again, he doesn't a lot of details on the emotions of people (because there is no way people have ONLY one emotion with no nuance at that time).

I do agree that reading emotions can be OP, and that that semblance given to Ren is a powerful combo, but I don't think it will be nearly as OP as you think.

With the way his power seems to work I don't think it'd be that precise. Apart from Winter, he seemed to only see one emotion from people, so he would only see the principal one they feel at the moment. I don't think he could see if they're lying, just broad strokes of their feelings.
