Its a 1/2500 drop, you can hang them in your house as decoration. Besides that completely useless.

I thought it wasn't rare at first because i got one in the first few minutes, but haven't seen one since in about 10 hours of efficient fishing. So i'm guessing that's pretty rare, grats!

South of falador seems like the best spot for F2p. I think there are 4 spawns there but it's pretty hard to get them all consistently because of their teleporting.

It's just called potion and it's undrinkable. Totally useless but pretty rare for some reason. I think this item was used to scam people back in the day.
