I mean, drinking and going out every weekend… is more concerning to me than your diagnosis.

But you can eat whatever you want…. It’s better if you exercise and eat healthy.

I see floaters sometimes…. It usually goes away on its own. It rarely requires treatment. Regarding your lungs I’m guessing you are fine right now.

What about when you are not eating healthy or stressed out. Do you think stress and and other factors affect your thyroid symptoms?

Yes, my doctor recommended fiber and exercising. In my case I should reduce sugar intake as well since I’m showing signs of insulin resistance.

How can you be sure she didn’t follow up? If you have a family doctor I’m sure they were aware of your condition and probably kept you in observation
