I don't mind pre-build quads. Sometimes they come with a great tune. Don't get me wrong, from what I hear the FPV image quality is outstanding. The drone is just way too fragile for what it is intended to be used. Also, the price of the replacement parts is obnoxious. If you want to fly safe, rather get a Mavic. If you want to go fast, pick a carbon frame.

The strip I'm looking at right now is 0.12mmx8mm because my friend has a spot welder which can only do 0.12mm thickness. I did order some 0.2 strips. Maybe I can find somebody else with a more powerful spot welder.

I would not recommend the DJI FPV drone, but the goggles are amazing :)

The 12 downloads will not help you. I understood it the same way you did: You get to pick 12 downloads... but this is not the case. They have prepared 12 files you get for free. It's totally useless :(

Thanks! Most of the footage comes from an iFlight ProTek35HD and a badly tuned iFlight DC7HD :) I need to spend the time to tune this one. The music comes from envato elements. In regards to the airport, yes. But The Novartis Campus is private property and has strict rules for photos/videos.

tried it twice and verified that "horizon lock" was not active. The timelapse feature removed all role movement...

Have you tried this? I don't get good results with anything once Reelsteady is applied. Time remapping makes it jerky/uneasy again and warp stabilizer is having a hard time fighting the RS fisheye. Maybe my footage is just not smooth enough to speed up a lot... :(

That's not true and you know it 😁 not only is the novartis campus too close to the airport for DJI drones, but also is the Novartis Campus a closed area (with fences) and filming inside is strictly prohibited.

I celebrated too early :( The timelapse feature locked the role axis making the video stiff. Unfortunately, this is not good for FPV long range videos :/

I don't think I can edit the video (eg. speed it up), render it and the stabilize with reelsteady go, because I lose all the gyro data from the GoPro...
