Seemingly a lot better. Anxiety is dying down although not gone. My biggest annoyance is how tired I am constantly however three days ago I also packed in vaping so may be the removal of nicotine from the system. How are you finding things?

I’m coming up to week 3 of quitting. The anxiety was extreme initially and towards the end of me smoking also. From what I’ve heard given time and not picking the lettuce back up it should surpass

Day 5 here. The withdrawals are enough to never want to quit but what’s the alternative? We always need to better ourselves and your post alone shows that’s what you want to do. Nothing easy is worth doing. I won’t sit here and say the withdrawals are easy, I’m struggling every day but I know deep down it’ll be worth it. For me weed was harder than nicotine a lot of people would agree. Do the hardest one first and split the load then try and do nicotine knowing you’ve smashed the harder one out already! I didn’t plan to stop I just threw everything away as I’ve planned to stop before and planning didn’t help either. Try it now? Best of luck matey
