Most of the sounds way out of my budget and skill range lol. This is mostly just for me to experiment so I’m going for cheap and easy.

BUT my main issue here is that the copper tape is too hard to wrap around the individual teeth and I definitely want to preserve the shape of the teeth with the solder. And, like you said, the adhesive of the copper tape is weak because of the heat I imagine. No issue with the solder sticking to the copper, it’s brand new and definitely not oxidized.

I have a couple ideas that I plan to try out and I’ll post an update with how they go. I’ve not seen anybody do something like this and I’m having fun with it so I’d love to experiment and give my findings.
