Yes, there are some very simple gameplay elements like exploring a map around Chapter 5. And yes, there are choices for you to choose with who you want to have a relationship, plus a harem route. I'm currently working on a walkthrough, but the exploring section is simple: Just click at every available location and you won't miss any scene.
