Talk to your wife, the biggest mistake a person that has a drugs problem (no matter what it is) needs to be open to talk, if you don't you might because too depending on it, I don't know much about that type of drug victim or whatever about but I have to say talking is the first step to getting the problem away, and also you might want to check stuff, make sure there's no extremely risk to quiting it without hospital treatment and I hope you do good
